Brad has communicated to a wide variety of audiences around the world for over 30 years as a pastor and conference speaker. He has spoken multiple times at Willow Creek Community Church services. Additionally, Brad has developed and taught breakouts for the National Coalition of Men’s Ministries as well as for Willow Creek and Saddleback Church conferences. Having spoken for numerous men’s retreats across the country, Brad is often a repeat guest as well as the Lead Pastor of a church in the Cincinnati area. He has pastored large churches in South Carolina and Michigan. Prior to that, he was on staff at Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago as the director of three ministries: Men’s, Sports, and Prayer. Spending nine years in Minnesota, Brad also planted a church in a small town that reached 500 people for Christ.

Heidi has been a pastor’s wife for over 30 years. God has gifted her with international opportunities as a conference and event speaker. She is passionate about building strong marriages, ministering to women, and parenting.

As a team, we love to speak at marriage retreats and conferences on how to Build Your Marriage. We authored a couples Bible study for small groups titled Build Your Marriage with Couples of the Bible.

Meredith Andrews is a contemporary Christian music artist, songwriter, and worship leader. Andrews won two Dove Awards, "Worship Song of the Year" for "How Great Is the Love" from As Long As It Takes and "Praise and Worship album of the Year" for As Long As It Takes. Andrews released a new single "Not For a Moment (After All)" on iTunes -- It has now been featured in the top 20 songs of 2013. Since 2016 she and her family reside in Nashville while she released the album Deeper. Andrews married Jacob Sooter and together they have three children.
